Service Description
Internet Access and use of the shared Internet connection. GPC shall provide internet access to the Member by supplying a Wi-Fi Username / Password following the execution of this Agreement. We do not make any representations as to the security of our network (or the Internet) or of any information that you place on it. You should adopt whatever security measures (such as encryption) you believe are appropriate to your circumstances. We cannot guarantee that a particular degree of availability will be attained in connection with your use of the services. You hereby warrant to us that our provision of these services to you will not infringe the rights of any third party.
Cancellation Policy
General Overview: We are giving you the use of the GPC business center. This Agreement is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else. Use of any of the workstations or meeting areas located within common areas are at a first come, first serve basis. All Members are prohibited from smoking, cooking in or outside of the Premises. Members agree to keep their noise at level so as not to interfere with or annoy the other Members on the Premises. It is required that the common areas be meant to initialize a phone call with any conversations lasting for more than thirty (30) seconds to be handled away from the other Members. Business Hours/Days: “Regular Business Hours” or “Standard Professional Hours” are generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will be able to access your suite during off-peak hours or other reasonable hours with the expectation that the doors are to remain locked at all time. Events: Special Networking/Social Events or Member Only events shall take place after 5pm on weekdays and after 9am on weekends. Usage of Premises: Office/Accommodation use of a “retail” nature, involving frequent visits by members of the public, is not permitted: You must not carry on a business which competes with our business of providing serviced office or cube accommodations. You must not use the name Golden Pineapple Club LLC in any way in connection with your business. You must take good care of all parts of the business center, its equipment, fittings and furnishings which you use. You must not alter any part of it. You are liable for any damage caused by you or those in the business center with your permission or at your invitation. No individual or business may conduct any activity within the Premises that, in the sole judgment of GPC, create excessive traffic or be inappropriate to the other Members. Waiver: The GPC shall not be liable for any interruption or error in the performance of the services offered under this Agreement. The Member waives all liability against the GPC for any claims arising from such disruption of services, specifically, any telecommunication utilities on the premises.
